Addressing your emotional response to the pandemic.
March 22, 2020
Dear friends,
What are your emotional responses to the global crisis? And how do you deal with that?
I am going present information to you about your emotional developments and emotional responses to the global crisis regarding the virus. It’s very important to understand your own life as you deal with the dangers or impact the virus may have both on yourself, your family, and your community.
One of the questions comes to mine is what you are learning from this crisis in your own life? How do you deal with your own emotion of sadness, anger, anxiety, worry. What’s the meaning of this going on? All the emotions from the Spring Forest Qigong perspective are really low vibration responses. They are not good for your own health. Periodically, occasionally, experiencing those vibrations. Yes, we are all human. Prolonged connection with these vibrations is not good for your own health.
How can you find a way to focus on higher vibration in you? Some of the words you choose to use, actions you choose really are vibration response to things. Can you find a way to bring into your own higher vibration for your own wellbeing and for your own health? Sometimes we look at the symptoms, trying to fix the symptom. I have a headache. I take a Tylernol. The symptom relieved. But we don’t look at the symptom what is behind it. Fear, anger, anxiety really is a symptom of your life. Practically, there is a larger picture that the symptoms surround it.
Is there a way to look at how everything affects everything? Physical body, emotional body, and our spiritual body. One way to raise the vibration level is to be thankful for things. Thankfulness is not just an evaluation of what is going on in the world. It is a vibration. How can I find a way to be thankful, to feel that vibration whether through use of Spring Forest Qigong movements or serve of other practice or other perspective. That overwhelming of thankfulness and gratefulness vibrate miniature here within you.
Simple thing is opening your heart. Doing good deeds to others. Almost on a selfish way. I want to do good deeds for others. I want to open my heart out of fear. Oh gosh, if I don’t do this, things are going to happen wrong. I want to do this thing. I want to open my heart; do good deeds because of the vibration level it has within me. I want to connect with my neighbors, donation all out of your heart. It’s the vibration in your life. Come into increasing the higher vibration within you also help to remove other conditions within you unrelated to the virus. Finding a way in your daily life to notice that peaceful vibration. Practice the thankfulness. Practice the gratitude.
It might seem too simple to do in this time of great crisis. But the vibration is so powerful for your own health. It is a protective shield in your own body to higher vibration. It is a way to practice open your heart. Please do!
