Master Lin’s Autumn Pear Tea

 

In this recipe you can use standard pears or Asian pears.

Makes 3 Servings

 

  • 5 cups of Spring Water
  • 3 medium size organic pears, cut, core and chop in 1 inch pieces
  • 2 TBS dried Goji Berries
  • 1 TBS Rock Sugar (traditional Chinese) or raw honey to taste

 

How to make it

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add chopped pears, goji berries, rock sugar or raw honey and simmer on low heat for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Take off the fire. Cool for a minute, then strain and enjoy!
