Master Lin’s Autumn Pear Tea
In this recipe you can use standard pears or Asian pears.
Makes 3 Servings
- 5 cups of Spring Water
- 3 medium size organic pears, cut, core and chop in 1 inch pieces
- 2 TBS dried Goji Berries
- 1 TBS Rock Sugar (traditional Chinese) or raw honey to taste
How to make it
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add chopped pears, goji berries, rock sugar or raw honey and simmer on low heat for 35-40 minutes.
- Take off the fire. Cool for a minute, then strain and enjoy!
