Dear friends, stay connected and balanced in consciousness and science.
I have talked about sadness, fear, how to look at changing that. I spoke about having a purpose. Having a purpose helping to direct the energy. The higher the purpose, the clearer the energy is inside. I have talked about what you are and who you are so that you raise the vibration in your life and also all around you. Connecting to the master’s energy. The energy higher than us. The perspective of the energy that has intelligence invites us up to a higher level. They are connected. Not a sense of being alone. Having the purpose prevents the lostness. Having the master’s energy as the intelligence in this power.
Today I want to briefly talk about the consciousness. Right now, we are not trying to avoid the reality what is going on. Wash our hands. Yes. Social distance. Yes. But find a way to stay connected. All those realities, all those facing some of the realities of dangers. Yes, not to avoid it at all. However, finding a balance between science and consciousness is very important. Science, western medicine, what is this vaccine going to do? What is this virus composed of? What is this test going to do? All this science is beautiful. But finding the balance between the work of science and the work of the consciousness.
The consciousness is always beyond the science. The science is looking for that proof. The consciousness is going deep into the vibration of who we are. Qi is really part of this consciousness within us. We are energy bodies. When the energy flows within us is balanced, then the physical body does well. When the balance of the energy not well inside us, it shows up in the body. Like virus, something happens in the energetic body is the power of the virus puts the body into a place of being imbalanced.
However, Qi is an intelligence. It has intelligence. It has consciousness. It knows what to do. How can we activate that intelligence, the Qi, so we can find the balance again within our body? Cooperate with science. Yes. How can we increase the higher vibration within us? I talked a little bit about purpose, about signature. Now it’s about looking at these systems. The liver system’s task is to move out that anger energy. The energetic task of the digestive system is to move out the over worrying, over thinking energy.
Actually, what I am trying to talk about today is daily chanting. In a way, we are chanting all the time. When we are going around, “I am so worried. I’m so worried.” Or “I’m so angry. I’m so angry.” That vibration, that kind of chanting is really a low vibration level. Illnesses like low vibration. Illnesses like that kind of stuff.
Where does mosquitos come from? Either stagnant water or slow moving energy, slow moving water. Illnesses like slow moving vibrations in ur body. So, the idea of “anger, anger, anger”, “I am so worried. I’m so worried.” is that vibration.
Master Lin has developed these 5 movements. One of the movements is “Moving of Yin & Yang”. It’s the liver energy. I move this energy and I say, “I feel happy.” The collective of consciousness of that word “Happy”, the vibration of that word is incredibly healthy for the liver system. I don’t have to prove that you are happy. You don’t have to rate it. You don’t have to fix it. You just tie into that vibration of that word. Prove it, that goes back into the mind. Proving it is a science.
The consciousness says, “I just want to feel that vibration of happy.” Remember a time that you are happy. Let go of that event. Just remember that vibration. A vibration of happy is great for the liver. Over thinking, over worrying hurts and harms the digestive system. But if I say, “I feel peaceful.” and doing the movement, it helps to detox the energy in the body. With just saying that word peaceful, you are not rating it, you are not proving it, you are just saying that vibration. Both words “happy” and “peaceful”, not evaluation about life. How can I be happy when all these are going on? How can I be peaceful when all these are going on? It’s not under evaluation. That’s a brain function.
The consciousness function is a vibration. The word happy is a vibration. The word peaceful is a vibration. Feel that vibration of happy. Feel that vibration of peaceful. Often when I am going to meet with other people, I will do the Moving of Yin and Yang for a moment, just to restore this vibration back to me. Feeling that vibration. Or I will just stand for a short period of time doing Connecting with Heaven and Earth. I feel peaceful. Just feel the vibration.
Find that vibration. You can do this walking from your car to the grocery store. Just say, “I feel happy.” You are not going to evaluate, “How can I feel happy when all these businesses are closing down?” It’s not an evaluation. It’s an effort. It’s a work to raise your vibration level.
I feel happy. 60 feet. I feel happy. 100 feet. Feel that vibration. When you leave, I feel peaceful. The vibration of happy and the vibration of peaceful are really important strength building for your body and your body’s systems. I hope you can do so. Do that chanting daily. I feel happy. I feel peaceful. Feel those vibrations.
