Share your loving heart, care for other people.
I am going to teach you one movement – Moving of Yin & Yang. Moving your hands in a circular motion like this. Qi is the energy flowing in the body. It has intelligence and consciousness. It knows what the body needs. The balance of Yin & Yang, how things are formed. The Yin is the spirit. The Yang is the form, the outcome of the things. One is not better than the other. One does not dominate the other.
This movement focuses on the liver. Think about the liver like a flock of birds. The speed, direction, all the little birds fly at the same speed in the same direction. Your liver is like a flock of birds they all work together. Actually, it is really a vibration. The movement helps to balance the energy in the liver. Kind of Yin.
With the virus going on, the self-isolating, the shelter-at-home, stay-at-home, social distancing, from the scientific view, is beautiful. How can we shut down, diminish the contagion, from a scientific view, this is the best thing to do.
From the Yin perspective, what is this global movement about everyone focusing on healing. Everyone is focusing on loving. I am going to self-isolated. I am going to have social distancing. I am going to work on not spreading the scientific contagion sort of speak. I am going to share my heart. I am going to care about other people. It’s almost like global loving and compassion for others. How can I change, how can I help other people as well as help me, my community and family.
Science is beautiful. This consciousness is beautiful. Yin and Yang balancing is beautiful. Have no doubt. Spread that love.
The Moving of Yin & Yang helps the liver, help to remove the anger and anxiety vibration accumulated. The anger and anxiety are low vibration. What if you say, “I feel so happy”? What if you felt the vibration of happiness? The vibration of happiness and the vibration of anger doesn’t fit. The happy vibration doesn’t fuel the vibration of anger and anxiety.
Feel the vibration of happiness. Join the self-isolation and the social distancing. The shelter-at-home. With the same kind of intent. You move up to the high vibration and you believe it. I believe happiness will help my liver. I believe that vibration will work. I believe this vibration will stand out the world and support the scientific point and send the light to the world.

Master Glenn Tobey, M. Div., M. A. in Management, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in private practice in Duluth, Minnesota.
He has almost forty years of experience in the Human Service field and has worked in both urban and rural settings, and values the collaborative community-based model.
He has also taught at the college level, and conducted numerous SFQ workshops and trainings in various community settings. Glenn continues to teach and to share his knowledge and wisdom of Spring Forest Qigong which is at the center of both his professional focus and his personal passion.
